Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and every other city. You pay the courier when the bag reaches your door. You can also pay by bank transfer and take Rs 200 off your order.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is Rs 300 nationwide, and completely free on orders above Rs 5,000. Orders arrive in 5–7 working days anywhere in Pakistan.

Can I get a crochet bag in a custom colour or size?

Yes — every crochet bag is made by hand to order, so it can be crocheted in any colour and any size you want. The standard is medium, 9 × 12 inches. Message us on WhatsApp with the colour you have in mind and we'll make it.

How much do your bags cost?

Our bags run from Rs 3,000 to Rs 6,000, with most pieces around Rs 3,500. That covers hand-crocheted bags, premium canvas totes, crossbody bags, shoulder bags and clutches.

What is your return policy?

If you receive the wrong colour or the wrong specification compared to what you ordered, contact us within 1 day on WhatsApp and we'll make it right. We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

Crochet bags are a standard medium — 9 × 12 inches — and can be made larger or smaller on request. Totes fit a 14-inch laptop and A4 files; crossbody and mini bags hold a phone, cards and everyday essentials. Each product page lists its exact size.
