Question 1

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and every other city. You pay the courier when the bag reaches your door. You can also pay by bank transfer and take Rs 200 off your order.

Question 2

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is Rs 300 nationwide, and completely free on orders above Rs 5,000. Orders arrive in 5–7 working days anywhere in Pakistan.

Question 3

Can I get a crochet bag in a custom colour or size?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every crochet bag is made by hand to order, so it can be crocheted in any colour and any size you want. The standard is medium, 9 × 12 inches. Message us on WhatsApp with the colour you have in mind and we'll make it.

Question 4

How much do your bags cost?

Accepted Answer

Our bags run from Rs 2,800 to Rs 6,000. That covers hand-crocheted bags, premium canvas totes, crossbody bags, shoulder bags and clutches.

Question 5

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If you receive the wrong colour or the wrong specification compared to what you ordered, contact us within 1 day on WhatsApp and we'll make it right. We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

Question 6

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Add the bag to your cart and check out on the site — it takes under a minute and you don't need an account. If you'd rather order by message, tap the WhatsApp button and we'll take your order there.

Question 7

What sizes do the bags come in?

Accepted Answer

Crochet bags are a standard medium — 9 × 12 inches — and can be made larger or smaller on request. Totes fit a 14-inch laptop and A4 files; crossbody and mini bags hold a phone, cards and everyday essentials. Each product page lists its exact size.

Question 8

How long does a made-to-order crochet bag take?

Accepted Answer

Because each crochet bag is worked by hand, a custom piece usually takes a few days to make before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we'll give you an exact timeline.

Question 9

Where are you based, and do you ship everywhere in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Karachi and ship to every city in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and beyond.

Question 10

Is my payment safe?

Accepted Answer

You never pay anything on the website itself. Choose cash on delivery and pay the courier at your door, or pay by bank transfer for Rs 200 off and send us the screenshot on WhatsApp. We confirm every order personally.
