Do you offer cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cash on delivery is available across Pakistan, so you pay the courier when the bag reaches your door. You can also pay by bank transfer and take Rs 200 off.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is Rs 300 nationwide and free on orders above Rs 5,000. Orders arrive in 5–7 working days anywhere in Pakistan.

What if the bag arrives wrong or damaged?

Accepted Answer

If a bag arrives with the wrong colour or specification, tell us within 1 day and we'll put it right. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we'll sort a replacement.
