These terms apply when you place an order with Pursify by Minwaan. By ordering, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it ships, and we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or the details are incomplete.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but the price you were charged at the time of your order will not change.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, pay the amount we confirm on WhatsApp and send the payment screenshot; your order is processed once payment is verified.

Made-to-order items

Hand-crocheted bags are made to order and may vary slightly from the photos, as each piece is crafted by hand. Custom colours and sizes are agreed with you on WhatsApp before we begin.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping and Returns policies.
